🛒 1. How do I place an order? Simply browse our collections, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. 

 🚚 2. Do you offer nationwide shipping in the Philippines? Yes, we ship nationwide! Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. 

 ⏳ 3. How long does shipping take? Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Metro Manila and 5–10 business days for provincial areas. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier service availability. 

 💳 4. What payment methods do you accept? We accept: • Credit/Debit Cards • PayPal • GCash (if enabled) • Shopify Payments and other methods shown at checkout 

🔄 5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to assist. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, changes or cancellations can no longer be made. 

🔁 6. What is your return/refund policy? We accept returns or refunds under certain conditions. Please check our Return / Refund Policy page for full details before submitting a request. 

🧾 7. Will I receive a tracking number? Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey. 

🛠 8. I received a damaged/wrong item. What should I do? We’re very sorry about that! Kindly email us at info@arbuleagf.shop with your order number, a clear photo of the item, and the issue. We’ll assist you immediately.
